DAY 01: SAMBURU INTREPIDS

Collected from the Hotel/Airport and drive due North of Nairobi towards the northern Kenya, traversing the scenic and agricultural rich Central highlands of Kenya awash with pineapple, tea and coffee plantations.

Driving through Nanyuki (the airbase of Mount Kenya), an hour later through Isiolo, this is the last town you will pass before getting to Samburu National Reserve.

Arrive in time for lunch at the Camp.

Afternoon game veiwing drive in Buffalo Springs/ Samburu National Reserve.

Dinner and overnight SAMBURU INTREPIDS CAMP.

DAY 02: SAMBURU INTREPIDS

Morning and late afternoon game veiwing drive to truly appreciate the width and breadth of Samburu National Reserve.

The reserve is rich in wildlife with an abundance of rare northern special five that is the reticulated giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, beisa oryx, somali ostrich and gerenuk.

All meals and overnight at SAMBURU INTREPIDS CAMP.

DAY 03: LAKE NAKURU SOPA LODGE

After breakfast, coomence your drive towards Nakuru town with a visit to Thompson falls Nyahururu.

Lunch will be in a restaurant overlooking the falls.

After lunch, continue with the scenic drive to Lake Nakuru Nationa Park.

Upon arrival, commence game veiwing in the famous bird paradise with a chance to sight several families of white rhinos that inhabit the Park.

Dinner and overnight at LAKE NAKURU SOPA LODGE.

DAY 04: MARA ENGAI WILDERNESS LODGE

After breakfast, depart for the world famous Maasai Mara National Resrve, driving along the Rift Valley floor, via Mai Mahiu and Narok Town.

Arrive in time for lunch at KEEKOROK LODGE, located in the heart of Masai Mara National Reserve in the eastern side of the large Mara ecosystem.

After lunch, head out for an afternon game viewing drive to culminate in dinner and overnight at MARA ENGAI WILDERNESS LODGE.

DAY 05: MARA ENGAI WILDERNESS LODGE

Morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the extensive Maasai Mara Game Reserve, if lucky, a chance to sight the big five in one day!!!

OR optional full day game viewing drive with picnic lunches.

All meals and overnight at MARA ENGAI WILDERNESS LODGE.

DAY 06: THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY LODGE

Breakfast at the lodge.

Depart for Lake Naivasha to arrive just in time for lunch at the lodge.

Afternoon at leisure perhaps for an evening nature walk or a round of golf at the 18 holes golf course offered by the Lodge - payable direct.

Dinner and overnight at THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY LODGE.

DAY 07: AMBOSELI SERENA LODGE

After breakfast depart for Amboseli, passing through the Kenya's capital city and driving further south along the Nairobi/Mombasa Highway for the first 125KM (02 hrs drive) before turning East towards Mount Kilimanjaro.

On entrance to the Park, Game viewing en route to your Lodge, located in the heart of the Park, for lunch.

At 16:00 Hrs head out for your first game drive in Amboseli National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants, with the immense grandeur of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa, as a picturesque background.

At sunset return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at AMBOSELI SERENA LODGE.

DAY 08: KILAGUNI SERENA / ASHNIL ARUBA LODGE

After breakfast drive further south towards Tsavo East/West National Park.

Arrive in time for lunch at the Lodge.

Afternoon game viewing drive in either Tsavo East/West National Park.

Dinner and overnight at KILAGUNI SERENA / ASHNIL ARUBA LODGE.

DAY 09:

TRAIN: MOMBASA / NAIROBI

Breakfast at the lodge, then transfer to the train station for your train to Nairobi/Mombasa
