THURSDAY: LAKE MANYARA – SERENGETI

Distance: 220 KM Driving Time: 4.5 hrs

After breakfast, head out for your first game viewing drive in Lake Manyara National Park in search of the famous tree climbing lions.

Return to the Lodge for lunch.

Commence your drive due Northwest of Manyara through the stunning highlands sceneries, which are filled with wheat and coffee plantations and then into Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Upon arrival at Serengeti National Park commence game viewing to culminate with dinner and overnight at SERENGETI SERENA LODGE.

FRIDAY: SERENGETI

Full day of game viewing at Serengeti National Park.

During the rainy season, migration herds are found on almost all the wide Plains of the Park.

This day you have 02 options:

Full day game viewing with picnic lunch boxes.

OR

Sunrise and sunset game drives returning to the Lodge for lunch.

All meals and overnight at SERENGETI SERENA LODGE.

SATURDAY: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO

After Breakfast, further game viewing this morning to truly appreciate the width and breadth of Serengeti National Park.

Return to the Camp for lunch.

After lunch, depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area to arrive at NGORONGORO SERENA LODGE in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

SUNDAY: CRATER TOUR – LAKE MANYARA

Early Breakfast at the Lodge.

Descend to the bottom of the Crater for a morning crater tour. A truly unique wildlife experience.

Lunch will either be picnic or back at the Camp.

After the Crater tour, exit the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and drive to the nearby Lake Manyara Area for dinner and overnight at LAKE MANYARA SERENA LODGE, located along the edge of the Great Rift Valley.

MONDAY: LAKE MANYARA – ARUSHA

Leisurely breakfast at the Lodge.

Remainder of the morning free for optional activities within Lake Manyara or Mto wa Mbu area.

(Excursions at an additional cost).

At 11:00 hrs, commence your return drive to Arusha to arrive at around 13:00hrs.

Drop off at your Arusha Hotel / Airport.
