WEDNESDAY: NAIROBI – SHABA / SAMBURU

Collected at 07:00 hrs from the Airport/Nairobi hotel and depart for Samburu National Reserve, driving North, Past Nanyuki (where you cross the Equator and possible to make a stop for a brief demonstration of Coriolis Effect.

Continue further north, past Isiolo, the gateway to the northern frontier Parks of Samburu / Buffalo & Shaba.

Arrive at your camp for lunch.

Late afternoon game viewing drive in the Buffalo Springs / Samburu National Reserves – hopefully an opportunity to see all the BIG five of this spectacular area!

Return to the Lodge at sunset, for dinner and overnight at SAROVA SHABA LODGE.

THURSDAY: SHABA / SAMBURU - ABERDARE

After breakfast, enjoy brief game viewing drive to capture the magical beauty of northern Kenya.

Thereafter commence drive to the central highlands of Kenya, towards Nyeri.

Arrive at Aberdare Country Club in time for lunch.

Dinner and overnight at THE ARK LODGE.

FRIDAY: ABERDARE - LAKE NAKURU

After breakfast at the Ark return transfer to the Aberdare Country Club, where you re-join your Safari driver/guide and depart for the Lake Nakuru National Park, with a brief visit/stop at Thompson Falls in Nyahururu.

Arrive at your Lodge in time for Lunch.

Late afternoon game drive at the Park, where you are almost guaranteed sighting of white rhinos and the African Buffalos!

Dinner and overnight at SAROVA LION HILL LODGE.

SATURDAY: LAKE NAKURU – MAASAI MARA

After breakfast, depart at 07:30 hrs.’ for the world famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, driving along the Rift Valley floor, via Mai Mahiu Town, where you turn left towards the Maasai Mara – going past Narok Town (the Maasai Capital).

Arrive at Sarova Mara Camp in time for lunch.

Afternoon game viewing drive (at 16:00 hrs.) in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, generally acclaimed as the finest game viewing area in the world!

Return to the camp at sunset, for dinner and overnight at SAROVA MARA CAMP.

SUNDAY: MAASAI MARA

Morning and afternoon game viewing drives / optional full day game drive with packed lunches.

All meals and overnight at SAROVA MARA CAMP.

MONDAY: MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI

Breakfast at the Camp.

After Breakfast, depart for Nairobi.

Upon arrival, transerred to your hotel.

(Meals not included)

In the evening transferred to the famous Carnivore restaurant for dinner.

Later return to NAIROBI INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL for overnight.

TUESDAY: NAIROBI – NAMANGA – TARANGIRE

Breakfast at the hotel.

Picked up by a regular shuttle bus with daily departures from Nairobi to Arusha via the Namanga border.

Upon arrival at Namanga, alight the bus for immigration and customs formalities and then proceed to Arusha with the same bus.

Lunch will be at a hotel in Arusha.

At 14:00 hrs, depart Arusha and drive towards Tarangire National Park, famous for the large population of elephants.

On entrance to Tarangire National Park commence game viewing to culminate in ANG’ATA TARANGIRE for dinner and overnight.

WEDNESDAY: TARANGIRE – LAKE MANYARA - NGORONGORO

After an early breakfast, head out for further game viewing drive to capture the breadth and width of Tarangire National Park.

Lunch will be a picnic.

Later continue to Ngorongoro to arrive at the camp located on the the edge of the cráter for dinner and overnight at ANGATA NGORONGORO CAMP.

THURSDAY: NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR – KARATU

Early Breakfast at the Camp.

Descend to the bottom of the Crater for a Crater Tour.

A truly unique wildlife experience.

Lunch will be a picnic.

Thereafter, exit ascend the crater and exit the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Dinner and overnight COUNTRY LODGE /KARATU SIMBA.

FRIDAY: KARATU – ARUSHA

After a leisurely Breakfast, commence your return drive to Arusha.

Upon arrival, transferred to your Arusha hotel / Airport.
